Production Technology
All slides are producing at our Full Automation Ball Bearing Slide Production Facility.
Inner and Outer Slide can be took out from each other like telescopic slide. It provides an easiness for assembly.
There are two types of production; Glossy coated with DKP steel metal and Dull coated with galvanize. Their all quality and characteristics are the same.

ASSEMBLY 

There are 32 and multiples which are the international standards.
Does not open any groove to the drawer.
It screws down to the drawer box with only 2 screws (YHB M4 Bolt or YHB Ø 3.5 Chipboard)
The space between the case and the drawer box is left as 10 mm.
With the help of the locking latch on drawer slide, the slides can disassembly from each other.
Drawer box can be removed from the case.
